| $120.00 Security Damage
Deposit is required at check in, along with a $5.00 Key Deposit. After
your unit has been inspected for possible damage and your keys are
returned, your deposit will be returned to you. Security Deposits
accepted in check or credit card. No cash will be accepted.
Nicolet Shores is an Interval Ownership Resort. If at any time a rented week is sold, your reservation will be subject to cancellation. A full refund will be granted, if this should happen. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. The remainder of your balance will be due at check in. The Board of Directors has instituted a 30 day cancellation policy. Anyone canceling within the 30 day period, prior to their stay, will lose one half of their deposit. Included in your rental is the use of all facilities, such as: row boats, canoes, paddle boats, tennis & racquet ball equipment. Please feel free to call the office for any further questions or reservations. No food or glass located poolside. Pool
